Delete your Odwadifo account
Applies to the Odwadifo app, the Odwadifo Business app and odwadifo.com
Fastest: delete it in the app
- Open the Odwadifo app (or Odwadifo Business) and sign in.
- Buyers: go to Account. Sellers: go to Settings.
- Tap Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
Or ask us by email
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Odwadifo account".
- Send it from the email address on your account, or include your username and the phone number on your account so we can find it.
- To protect you, we may ask you to confirm the request from inside the app or by replying from your account's email or phone.
For email requests, we delete the account within 30 days and email you when it's done.
What we delete
- Your profile, username, photo and contact details
- Your store, listings and their photos
- Your video reviews, comments, likes, follows and status updates
- Your saved items, settings and notification devices
- Your messages (the other person may still have their own copy of a chat on their phone)
What we keep, and for how long

You can delete individual listings, videos, comments and chats in the app at any time without closing your account, or email us to ask.
